Brothers International Food Corp Ingredients Division is a full service direct importer, distributor and supplier of bulk packaged food ingredients for the food and beverage industry. We are one of the largest importers of fruit concentrates and purees in the United States. We specialize in importing tropical and exotic fruit ingredients and hard-to-find superfruits. We also supply all domestic fruit juices and concentrates. We carry all types of conventional and organic fruit purees, concentrates, and powders.

Our main office is in Rochester, New York, with branches in Shanghai, China and Quito, Ecuador. We work with only select highly qualified processing factories in the USA and around the world. Being on the ground in South America and Asia gives us direct relationships with our processing plants and enables us to guarantee the highest quality products and best prices for our clients. We ensure compliance with all globally recognized food systems (HACCP, ISO 9001, SGS). We work closely with the fruit growers to ensure full traceability and sustainability, and we make certain our products comply with all international regulations for chemical residues and pesticides.
