About Guava

Guava is a tropical fruit that grows on small trees or shrubs and is native to Central America, though it is now widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions around the world. It is typically round or oval in shape, with green or yellow skin and flesh that can be white, pink, or red depending on the variety. Guava contains many small edible seeds embedded in its soft interior. It has a fragrant aroma and a texture that can range from smooth to slightly grainy. Guava trees are hardy and can produce fruit multiple times a year under suitable growing conditions.
